Is your local paintball store still open? If they are not, than there is something wrong! I live in southern Ohio and have shopped at my local store multiple times in the past.

With the NFL playoffs approaching, many teams are running their teams through drills to see how well they can handle the physical demands of the games.

Some teams are taking on the toughest paintball opponents in the league, such as the Carolina Panthers and Arizona Cardinals, while others are playing their toughest paintballs against the league’s weaker teams, like the Miami Dolphins and Tennessee Titans.

We rounded up 10 players who could make for interesting matchups during the paintball playoff schedule.

1.

Matt Riddle, New Orleans SaintsThe Saints, who have lost just two games since Riddle joined the team, have had a tough season, losing eight of their past nine games and missing the playoffs for the first time since 2009.

But they have had Riddle to lead them, which is what we’re looking for.

Riddle has a knack for taking the field with a smile and a grin on his face, as evidenced by his victory at the 2017 World Championships.

With Riddle as a leader, the Saints are one of the few teams in the NFL that will play paintball at the highest level.

Riddys game against the Chargers last week, which included a scoreless tie, showed why he is the best all-around player on the Saints.

2.

Andrew Davis, Atlanta FalconsThe Falcons have struggled a bit this season, but Davis has been a key piece of their success.

In a 4-2 loss to the New Orleans Rams, Davis played an excellent game and displayed the athleticism and strength needed to play against an elite paintball team.

With the Falcons playing the Saints on Monday, Davis should be the best option for this series.

3.

Jason Witten, Dallas Cowboys The Cowboys have struggled in the paintballs playoffs this season and have been eliminated in the first round by the Green Bay Packers.

But Witten has done an excellent job in the past and is a force in the air.

With Witten and Davis as the top two options, this series could be a great opportunity for the Cowboys to prove they belong in the playoff picture.

4.

Nick Novak, Detroit LionsNovak, who has played paintball in the United States for the past three years, has emerged as one of Detroit’s top defensive players.

In his past four games, Novak has scored four touchdowns and is tied for the league lead in scoring.

While he is not as athletic as Davis or Riddle and has had to deal with injuries in the last couple years, Novaks game against Detroit on Monday should be an entertaining match-up.

5.

Jordon Scott, Oakland RaidersScott has done a great job on the field this season.

He is one of just three players in the NBA with 15 or more assists this season (Davis has the other).

He also has an incredible ability to control the game when the ball is in his hands.

Scott has shown that he can also play paintballs, which has helped him win the 2017-2018 National Championship and earn the 2018-2019 Championship.

6.

Michael Bennett, Green Bay SteelersThe Steelers are a team that has struggled in their paintball playoffs.

They lost two games to the Carolina Hurricanes in the wild card round and are now on the outside looking in at the playoffs.

The Steelers have won four games by a combined score of 23-6 and will be hoping Bennett can help them win the paintpoles.

Bennett has a chance to win this series as the Steelers have been a bit of a wild card team, so Bennett should be in a good spot.

7.

Kevin Pangos, Chicago BearsThis matchup will come down to Pangoes skill as well as the Bears ability to handle the challenge.

He has played some great paintball this season with the Chicago Bears, but he has also struggled at times, particularly in their elimination loss to Dallas.

Pango is a great player to watch in this series, as he has a very good skill set and is an outstanding finisher.

8.

Jamiyus Smith, New York JetsSmith is one player who is really looking to take over the paintpen for the Jets.

Smith is a big time competitor who has won multiple championships in paintball.

Smith has been playing paintball for the last few years, but is not a very skilled player in paint.

Smith will need to be able to control his emotions in the face of the best competition in the world in the New York paintball field, but the Jets defense should be able match up well.

9.

Michael Cole, New England Patriots Cole has had a great season with two goals and four assists in five games this season for the Patriots.

Cole has also been very aggressive on defense, which should help him to win the game against Smith.

10.

Corey Parker, Minnesota Vikings Parker is a bit underrated in the all-time paintball series, but Parker has done the unthinkable and made the Patriots look bad.

Parker has played in every paintball tournament in the country, but his record is not very good,
